Effective curriculum design, development, and review ensure academic programs meet student needs and industry standards. Faculty guidance and support, along with professional development opportunities, enhance teaching and learning. A strong student support system addresses challenges, while performance monitoring helps track progress and identify areas for improvement. The institution has a well-established mechanism for addressing grievances from both staff and students at various levels. Management ensures that deserving staff receive sympathetic and favorable consideration, while the heads of departments and the Principal actively counsel aggrieved staff. For students, academic and social concerns are primarily handled by the staff, with class teachers working closely with students who are weak in studies or have irregular attendance. Teachers patiently clarify academic doubts both in and out of the classroom, and students with undesirable habits are counseled to improve their overall performance. In cases of aggressive behavior by immature students, special committees are formed to address the issue, help the guilty realize their errors, and provide support to mitigate the mental trauma of affected students, ensuring their conduct is corrected.
